Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Lisa LaFave, PsyD
CA Licensed Psychologist #PSY 19787 · Doctor of Psychology
About
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with teenagers and adults. My passion is supporting people who are in pain, or who have been wounded in relationships and struggle to see a path forward. Depression, anxiety, and the impact of traumatic relationships may be signposts that you could benefit from psychotherapy to address the underlying causes creating these symptoms in your life. You can engage in this work and grow, heal and flourish.
I partner with my patients and help them listen to their lives so that they can heal and explore new possibilities. My goal is to explore the story of your life with you, and help you address the experiences and relational patterns that have contributed to your difficulties now, through the lens of a healing, psychotherapeutic relationship.
