Lean Medical brings together independent behavioral health clinicians into small, multidisciplinary practices where therapy, psychiatry, and developmental care happen in one place. Services
Through our clinician network, patients and families access therapy and counseling, psychiatry, ABA therapy, speech-language pathology, and other developmental care services for both children and adults. Care is available in-person and via telehealth across California, and we work with major insurance plans to keep it covered.
Clinical standards
All care is delivered by independently licensed behavioral health professionals in California. Clinical decisions are always made by the treating clinician. Our clinical leadership team reviews care standards and quality across the network.
For clinicians
Lean Medical gives clinicians something rare - the ability to practice independently with a real team around them. Instead of working in isolation as a solo contractor, our clinicians are part of small, collaborative practices where they share patients, coordinate across specialties, and support each other. We handle credentialing, billing, payer contracts, and compliance behind the scenes so clinicians can focus on their patients.
