I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, grief, and chronic stress. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates evidence-based psychology with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection. I create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore difficult experiences, develop emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance and purpose.
My work focuses on helping individuals process unresolved trauma, regulate overwhelming emotions, and build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives. I am also a respected trainer who supports other mental health professionals in developing trauma-informed practices. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
