About
I am a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in children, adolescents, and adults. I completed my general psychiatry residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai BronxCare Health System and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente Southern California. I have authored or co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles and have presented at national meetings, including those of the American Psychiatric Association and Psych Congress.
In my practice, I emphasize a collaborative, strengths-based approach that prioritizes life coaching and motivational psychotherapy, using medication judiciously and only when it clearly supports a patient's goals. I work to help patients build practical skills, clarify their values, and make sustainable changes in their daily lives.
